SESRIC participated in the international conference on “Migration and Education” organised by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey on 18-19 April 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey.

The objective of the conference was to assess the outcomes of immigrant integration policies, implemented under the “Promoting Integration of Syrian Children into Turkish Education System (PICTES)” project.

The conference brought together academicians, senior-level experts, and policy-makers to discuss the successes and challenges of immigrants’ integration in local communities.
