Within the framework of its Statistical Capacity Building (StatCaB) Programme, SESRIC, in collaboration with the National Health Institute (INSP) of the Ministry of Health of Tunisia, organised a Training Course on “Health Statistics” with the participation of 10 experts from the National Statistical Offices (NSOs) and Ministries of Health of 6 French speaking OIC countries through an online video conferencing platform.
The main objective of the training course was to enhance the technical capacities of the participants in understanding and applying statistical methodologies and best practices in the collection, collation and dissemination of health indicators.
The training course was delivered by Prof. Hajer Aounallah-Skhiri, Head of INSP and Professor of Preventive Medicine at the University of Tunis El-Manar, alongside Dr. Hind Bouguerra, Head of Studies and Planning at INSP.
