The Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre (FCSC) of the United Arab Emirates launched its National Geostatistical Platform named 1Map on 11 September 2022.

The 1Map integrates geographical and statistics data through governmental sources and visualizes UAE’s national statistics and hosts statistical indicators stories, namely “UAE: 50 Years of Prosperity”, “Foreign Trade: 50 Years Trend”, “UAE Foreign Aid Disbursement”, “Green Areas Growth in UAE”, and “SDG Data by Goals”.

1Map also includes facility explorer applications, which are built on community facilities database, to help identify and locate different types of community facilities based on the selected specification or geographic filter.

The 1Map is developed with latest geospatial technology and artificial intelligence to support planners, decision makers, and the community with authoritative maps and official statistics to serve in planning, crisis management as well as research purpose.
